Magnus Title Agency, is a division of Title Security Agency of Arizona. Magnus Title has been in Maricopa County since 2004. The Maricopa Operations Manager/President is Cobra Collier. Cobra has extensive knowledge and experience in the title and escrow industry.

Title Security Agency of Arizona was founded in 1971 by Mr. Tom Sullivan,Sr. Title Security Agency of Arizona is owned and operated by Mr. Tom Sullivan, Sr., Chairman of the Board and Tom Sullivan, Jr., President.

A tradition of SERVICE and EXCELLENCE has been attributed to Title Security Agency of Arizona's success for over thirty-eight years in Tucson, Arizona - Pima County. This tradition has been carried over to Maricopa County, Pinal County, Cochise County and Yuma County.
